Please allow me to introduce myself and present my credentials.
I have been working in the SW Florida real estate market since 2007. I started in property management back in 2007 on Fort Myers Beach, then moved into Real Estate Sales, managing large Top Producing Teams, then ultimately as a Broker helping agents grow and be successful in their careers.
My husband Patrick McGuire and I form the Go McGuire Team at NextHome Coast2Coast. I am also the Broker of Record for our franchise with offices in Rockland Maine and Bonita Springs, Florida.
Patrick and I have helped thousands of people buy, rent, and sell during every market -up, down, or shift.
We have both served as Directors with our Local Board of Realtors. I currently serve as Secretary for the board for the MS Center of SWFL. We have deep roots in our communities and give back and support local events whenever possible.
My real estate passion is helping seniors and veterans achieve their real estate goals. This has led to working in probate with families who have recently lost a loved one and need help with the process of selling a property during a very emotional time in their lives. This includes working with trusted partners to handle all aspects including sourcing legal representation, estate sales, donations, etc. My team can handle everything and keep everyone on the same page as we move through the process together.
Over the course of my real estate career, I have strived to improve my skills and increase my education in all areas of the industry. An effective way has been to consistently train on current topics, trends, and issues which, in turn, has allowed me to obtain a number of industry designations.

CIPS- Global real estate opportunities are everywhere. People move to the U.S. from other countries every day and foreign-born individuals residing in the U.S. move to new markets. Americans in your current market may look to invest in property overseas. No matter which audience you cater to, the CIPS designation will provide you with the knowledge, research, network and tools to globalize and expand your business.
SRES- The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. By earning the SRES® designation, REALTORS® are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.
CNE- The Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®) Designation Course focuses on Competitive Win-Lose Hard Bargaining vs. Collaborative Win-Win Negotiating: Understand the differences in these two classic approaches and how to use both approaches to get the best outcome for your client.
CFRM- Certified Florida residential Management teaches practical and legal aspects of leasing and managing single-family and small residential investment properties. The course includes detailed coverage of 15 property management laws, including:
Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, Property Management Escrow Accounts, and Vacation Rentals.
