Ms. Susan Trenholm
About
I work as a licensed Associate Broker with Cates Real Estate. Before choosing Real Estate, I worked in the lab as a phlebotomist for five years at Lafayette Family Cancer Institute. I have lived in the Midcoast area for 33 years where I raised my three children. Having a passion for an active outdoor lifestyle, I have spent many days exploring the coastal shores and the snowy mountains in the Sugarloaf and Rangeley region. Now that my children have grown, I have the pleasure of sharing the essence of Maine with my grandchildren, where we enjoy skiing, hiking, and biking together. I feel very fortunate to have all of this in my backyard to enjoy daily!
If you are thinking of moving to the Midcoast area and would like the local perspective with local representation, please give me a call. Or if you are selling your home, I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss the process and provide you with a free market analysis.
