Course Objectives:
The student will be able to name certain activities that must be done to list/represent a seller with a property for sale. The student will be able to list the activities that must be done to represent a buyer of a property. The student will be able to work properly as a transaction broker and/or with a customer. They will be able to identify when they are a transaction broker or are simply working with a customer. This course is designed to aid the licensee in a high standard of practice, not only in the law but a higher standard than the law. This is also a class designed for discussion and sharing ideas. The expectation would be a lively interactive class with students leaving with shared strategies designed to improve the consumers experience and trust in the profession
