Midcoast Habitat for Humanity is redeveloping the property at 47 Lawn Avenue in Rockland, Maine, transforming a formerly condemned building into two safe, energy-efficient single-family homes for low- to moderate-income families. The project aims to provide affordable housing, strengthen the neighborhood, and contribute to community revitalization.
