Su Leigh, Managing Partner of Maple Leaf Title, has a long tenure in the title insurance industry. She has worked and managed for one of the largest title insurance companies in the country. She understands the nuances of the business and truly loves help navigating the hurdles that may come in a transaction. She has experience with residential and commercial transactions, particularly in Colorado and Maine. She and a business partner opened their own boutique title company in Hallowell in March of 2021, with the goal of providing their services within the Mid-Coast and Central Maine.
Su has assisted the Mid-Coast Board of Realtors for new Realtor orientation (on zoom) and is always willing to take a call to help if a question arises, whether from a new Realtor or a very seasoned professional.
As a Board Member of the Maine Association of Realtors Foundation, Su served for six years until she was termed out. She firmly believes in the mission of the Foundation, and is happy to discuss it with anyone who is interested.
Su serves as a Town Councilor for the town of Oakland, having prior service to the town on the budget and advisory committee. She is involved in advocating for property rights and supporting the American Dream of homeownership.
She enjoys socializing with friends and family, golfing with her husband and/or friends, walking her dog, reading, creative cooking, trying new restaurants and exploring the unique beauty that Maine has to offer.
Su has a long tenure in the title industry in Colorado and Maine. She served for two terms on the Maine Association of Realtors Foundation Board. Her team provides title searches, title insurance and settlement services for residential and commercial purchase transactions. She is a highly experienced professional, problem-solver and proponent of the American Dream of Homeownership and extremely supportive of the Real Estate Industry in Maine. She loves her profession, and one of her favorite phrases is "Congratulations, you're a homeowner!"
